Antonio de
la Rosa is a Flamenco composer and guitarist who was born in Santa Cruz de
Tenerife in 1965. At the tender age of 4 he developed a vocation and curiosity
for Flamenco music, having his public debut at 14. Until the age of 18 he travelled the world
with several Flamenco groups performing in different countries, including
Venezuela, Equador, Argentina, USA. By
the time we was 25 years old he had managed to join "La Cumbre
Flamenca", an emblematic Flamenco ballet from Madrid, which who he toured
for 7 years. Then he return to the
Canary Islands and had mainly perform on his own until in 2006 when he founded
the group "Antonio de la Rosa y
Flamenco Fusion". In 2007 they
released their debut album "Colorá colorá" by Orgy Records.
Antonio
will be performing with the following line-up at the Teatro Municipal de
Teguise on Friday the 21st of October at 21:00 pm
