Arrecife es el municipio que actúa como sede-capital
de estas Semanas Enogastronómicas del Cochino Negro y el Vino de Lanzarote,
aunque puede haber restaurantes participantes de otros municipios. La misión es recuperar, promocionar y poner en valor
los productos autóctonos de la isla como en este caso es el cochino negro
canario, siempre maridado con los excelentes vinos D.O. de Lanzarote. Pretendemos sensibilizar tanto a residentes como
turistas con la enogastronomía insular, y sobre su estrecha relación con el
territorio y la sostenibilidad medioambiental. Sin olvidar de aumentar la demanda
de productos del sector primario y generar sinergias que contribuyan al
desarrollo local. Esperamos que disfrute del cochino negro en su
máxima expresión y le sorprendan las creaciones culinarias de los participantes.
Gastronomic week "Taste Lanzarote of black
pig and wine" from 9th to 18th December
Arrecife is
